Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
COMBILINE MARBELLA SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you
that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April
(GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For which purposes do we process your personal data and why?
Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process them
confidentially to achieve the following purposes:
In the Contact form
• Respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact
methods provided on the controller’s website. (based on the legitimate interest of the
controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR)
• Carry out statistical analyses and market studies. (based on the legitimate interest of
the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR)
In the Request a Quote form
• Send commercial quotes regarding products and services. (for the performance of a
contract or pre-contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR)
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or while
there are legal prescriptions that require their retention. When they are no longer necessary,
they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee anonymization or total
destruction of the data.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the
development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to
communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has executed the confidentiality contracts and
data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the USER are:
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and the right to restriction
or objection to their processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the
processing does not comply with current regulation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*)
in the contact form or in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data are
necessary to attend to their request, while inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and will be
responsible for communicating any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are compulsory since
they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the data are not provided, it
is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is
complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data
under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR,
according to which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data
subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes
for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational
policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD with the
purpose of protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated adequate
information to enable them to exercise those rights.

International data transfers
COMBILINE MARBELLA SL may carry out international transfers of personal data outside the
European Economic Area (EEA) only when the recipient country offers an adequate level of
protection, or appropriate safeguards are provided in accordance with current legislation
(GDPR and LOPDGDD). In the absence of an adequacy decision, mechanisms such as standard
contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, codes of conduct or certifications will be used.
